Response time and format
We read the mailbox daily and reply within three working days. To speed things up, include the address of the page in question and what exactly is wrong: a dead link, an outdated figure or an unclear sentence. A screenshot is useful but not necessary.
We do not forward messages to the operator and do not mediate disputes with it: we have access neither to your account nor to their systems.
